**TREASURY ANALYST / MANAGER – SURCO** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related fields. * Experience managing cash flow and bank reconciliations. * Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions, ideally in the real estate or construction sector. * Excel Level: Intermediate – Advanced * Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably experience with SAP, Oracle or similar). * Solid knowledge of tax and banking regulations. * Mastery of corporate banking platforms for business operations. * Availability to work on-site in Surco. * Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Responsibilities: * Payment and collections management: Prepare and execute payment schedules to suppliers, contractors, taxes, payroll, among others. * Supervise and ensure timely customer payments (credits, deposits, initial payments, etc.). * Bank reconciliations: Perform daily and monthly reconciliations for all company bank accounts. Identify and resolve discrepancies. * Cash flow: Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements. Forecast liquidity needs and propose short-term financing solutions. * Financial institution coordination: Manage credit lines, surety letters, leasing or factoring operations. Handle disbursements from mortgage loans or the Techo Propio program if applicable. * Bank account control: Monitor balances and transactions across all accounts. Manage account openings/closures, signature authorizations, and limits. * Financial reporting: Prepare treasury reports for management.
