Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Architect with solid experience in architectural design, conceptual development, and project supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams Senior Architect Focused on Design We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Senior Architect with strong experience in architectural design, conceptual development, and project supervision. We seek a candidate with aesthetic vision, technical judgment, and the ability to lead innovative proposals, ensuring functionality, design excellence, and user experience in every project. Key Responsibilities: * Develop architectural and conceptual design proposals. * Prepare drawings, renderings, presentations, and architectural details. * Supervise project development from the conceptual stage through to execution. * Coordinate with suppliers, specialists, and construction teams. * Ensure standards of design, functionality, and quality. * Manage schedules, budgets, and project progress. * Propose improvements and innovations in spatial design. * Conduct site supervision visits and quality control inspections. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles as Senior Architect or Design Lead. * Experience in commercial, retail, office, restaurant, or corporate space projects. * Advanced proficiency in: * AutoCAD * SketchUp * Revit * Lumion / V\-Ray / Enscape * Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator * 3D modeling, rendering, and project presentation. * Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction supervision. * Leadership and multidisciplinary team management capabilities. * Strong aesthetic judgment, creativity, and results orientation. * Availability for on-site work and project visits.
