**OBJECTIVE:** Ensure compliance with Scopes, among other Project Finishes, according to contractual documentation, framed within company policies. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise, control, administer, and manage the necessary resources to ensure quality, particularly architectural quality as planned, in accordance with client requirements. * Control human factors and material, economic, and technical resources to preserve resource integrity through applicable regulations and internal procedures, considering workplace safety and hygiene measures. * Administer and manage the quality management system with a systematic approach, in line with client requirements, considering technical and economic factors, contributing to sustainable development. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** * Architect with at least 4 years since graduation * Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Finishes Architect or similar role related to the objective in building construction projects (healthcare, housing, offices, education). * Strong knowledge of Last Planner and Lean Construction philosophy. * Knowledge of BIM. * Solid knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety. * Indicate salary expectations in the CV.
