Requirements: Licensed architect (preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision for short-term, high-impact corporate projects within the private sector. Relevant sectors: Retail, offices, banks. CHARACTERISTICS: * Skills and knowledge for overall site supervision aligned with quality, product, and cost control. * Ability to lead daily meetings with contractors, following up on the lookahead and construction schedule, maintaining detailed tracking of monthly, weekly, and daily planning. * Aptitude to review the technical feasibility of field requests and provide support in responding to RFIs. * Ability to anticipate and report any identified deviations to GP. * Knowledge in preparing DAILY REPORTS, weekly and monthly construction progress reports. * Proficient in 3ds * Experience in finishes Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,000.00 - S/.5,000.00 per month Experience: * Construction supervision: 5 years (Required) Work location: On-site position
