This position is ideal for early-career professionals with experience in market research, data analysis, or consulting who wish to build a career in a dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused environment. You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end management and execution of market research projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery, high-quality analysis, and actionable recommendations that deliver value to our clients. **What You’ll Do** --------------- * Support end-to-end project management for research initiatives, from approval through final delivery of results. * Coordinate activities across various departments involved in project execution. * Monitor study progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. * Review, validate, and analyze information from diverse data sources. * Develop tabulations, reports, dashboards, and supporting materials for presentations. * Identify relevant findings and translate them into actionable insights for clients. * Participate in report development and storytelling of results. * Maintain effective communication with internal and external clients throughout project execution. * Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational best practices. **What We’re Looking For** ------------------ ### **Experience** * **1–3 years of experience** in market research, consulting, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, banking, or service-based companies. * Experience in data analysis, report writing, project management, or research-related activities. ### **Academic Background** Professionals with degrees in: * Marketing * Marketing and Advertising * Business Administration * Economics * Psychology * Communications * Or related fields ### **Knowledge and Skills** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Interest in data analysis and insight generation. * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Client orientation and ability to build collaborative relationships. * Adaptability to work in dynamic and constantly evolving environments. * Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn. ### **Languages** * **Advanced English (B2 minimum required).** **Why Join Kantar?** ----------------------------- At Kantar, you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the most prominent brands in the market, participate in high-impact projects, and grow your career in a collaborative, innovative, and global environment. **Apply now and shape the brands of tomorrow.** **Location** Lima, Paseo de La RepublicaPeru**Kantar Rewards Statement** At Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
