If you are a dynamic, organized professional with strong technical expertise, this opportunity is for you! **Requirements:** **\-** Bachelor's degree or graduate in **Accounting** (Certified Public Accountant preferred). **\-** Minimum **2–3 years of experience** (ideally in accounting firms or medium-sized companies). \- Proficiency in accounting software (Concar, StarSoft, Siscont, or similar). \- Advanced-level Excel (pivot tables and complex formulas). \- Availability to work **on-site in San Miguel**. **Responsibilities:** * Record, analyze, and close monthly financial statements under IFRS. * Execute monthly tax settlements (IGV, Income Tax, PLAME) and file annual tax returns (DJ). * Calculate payroll, social benefits (CTS, Bonuses, Vacation Pay), and issue pay slips. * Perform bank reconciliations and validate accounts receivable and payable. * Provide accurate and timely financial information to support efficient budget execution by management. **Working Conditions:** * **Location:** San Miguel (on-site). * **Compensation:** S/ 2,000 per month. * **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturday availability to respond to departmental inquiries. * **Employment Type:** Formal payroll registration with all statutory benefits.
