Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst with experience in preparing financial statements, account management, taxation, and IFRS, as well as leadership skills and proactivity. Opportunity for professional development in accounting and taxation. **ACCOUNTING ANALYST** **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Accounting · Over three years of experience in similar positions · Knowledge of accounting systems \- ERP · Demonstrable knowledge of taxation and IFRS · Experience managing accounts receivable/payable under one's responsibility · Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency · Professional references required · Immediate availability **Competencies:** · Organizational and planning ability · Responsibility and proactivity · Punctuality · Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement · Teamwork · Personnel management under one's responsibility · Sense of urgency · Leadership and problem-solving ability **Responsibilities:** · Preparation of financial statements (FS) at month-end, including explanatory notes. · Management and analysis of accounting accounts — expenses by cost centers. · Monthly reconciliation of FS line items. · Control and analysis of monthly provisions and accruals. · Responsible for filing and submitting monthly taxes to SUNAT. · Preparation of reports requested by government entities (INEI, BCR, SUNAT, etc.). · Preparation of financial reports, budget management, forecasting, and execution tracking. · Control and submission of mandatory accounting books and records, either electronically or physically, as applicable. · Preparation and determination of the Annual Tax Return and calculation of deferred income tax using the balance sheet method. · Other duties as assigned.
