We are currently seeking an **Administrative and Accounting Assistant** who wishes to grow professionally and join a team committed to excellence.
Requirements
* Graduate, Bachelor's, or Technical degree in Accounting.
* Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar positions.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Familiarity with the CONCAR accounting system.
* Knowledge of issuing electronic payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, and document control.
* Basic understanding of tax and labor regulations.
* Immediate availability.
Responsibilities
* Record and manage administrative and accounting transactions.
* Issue and record electronic payment vouchers.
* Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
* Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
* Prepare administrative and financial reports.
* Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital archives.
* Request, compare, and manage quotations for goods and services.
* Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
* Support the preparation of contracts, service orders, and other administrative documentation.
* Carry out procedures and coordinate with public and private entities as required.
* Provide administrative support to various departments across the company.
