Job Summary: The Systems & Support Developer serves as the technical liaison between the company and the client, maintaining IT infrastructure, managing digital resources, and providing agile support/development for AI-powered applications. The **Systems \& Support Developer** is the technical liaison between XTruston and the client. They ensure the operational continuity of the IT infrastructure, manage digital resources, and deliver agile support/development (hotfixes) for ecosystem applications using AI tools. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Development and Support:** Diagnose production errors and implement improvements in NestJS, Angular, or Flutter using AI. * **IT Management:** Administer Google Workspace (users, permissions, Drive) and configure hardware/peripherals. * **Customer Support:** Provide direct technical support to end users and resolve ecosystem incidents. * **Engineering Lifecycle:** Plan, implement, test, and document each reported requirement or incident. **Key Requirements:** * **Experience:** 2\+ years in technical development and support (Mid-level). * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting and Auditing. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in NestJS, Angular, or Flutter, and solid Git expertise. * **Tools:** Experience with Google Workspace Admin and AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, or LLM APIs). * **Soft Skills:** Assertive communication with non-technical users, proactivity, and strong organizational ability. **Benefits:** * Working with cutting-edge technologies (applied AI). * Dynamic and autonomous learning environment. * Professional stability and growth in the technology sector. **Position Type:** Full-time · On-site Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
