Experience in projects involving: Residential buildings Commercial buildings General technical knowledge of construction work and construction processes. Profile oriented toward project management, coordination, and organization. Desirable knowledge: Architecture Electrical installations Sanitary installations Structural systems Coordination of technical specialties **Competencies and skills:** Organized, planning-oriented, and managerial profile. Integration among technical departments, specialties, and the on-site team. Review and compatibility verification of technical documentation and drawings. Support in the planning and organization of construction projects. Ongoing communication with site supervisors and technical staff.
