End-to-end management of housing delivery and after-sales service. **ARCHITECTURE SUPERVISOR PROFILE** Experience in continuous coordination with suppliers, contractors, site supervisors, engineers, architects, and other professionals involved in the execution and delivery of real estate projects, ensuring compliance with established schedules and final customer satisfaction. Recognized for strong organizational ability, leadership, planning, effective communication, incident resolution, working under pressure, and results orientation. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor activities related to housing delivery. * Manage and control purchase orders and requirements for materials, services, and resources necessary for operations. * Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely provision of required supplies and services. * Monitor adherence to schedules for issue resolution and observation clearance. * Coordinate with engineers, architects, site supervisors, and other construction professionals for work scheduling and deliveries. * Prepare progress reports, management indicators, and activity tracking using Microsoft Excel tools. * Review and interpret drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD. * Manage handling of incidents, complaints, and requests related to housing after-sales service. * Verify quality of completed work and compliance with company-established standards. * Maintain up-to-date technical and administrative documentation for assigned projects. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Architecture or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions within the construction, real estate, or after-sales sectors. * Intermediate-level AutoCAD proficiency. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel proficiency. * Experience managing purchase orders, requirements, and supplier coordination. * Knowledge of housing delivery processes and after-sales service. * Availability for field and office work.
