Job Summary: Architecture, Delivery, and After-sales Supervisor responsible for coordinating and supervising housing delivery activities and after-sales service for real estate projects. Handling incidents, complaints, and coordination of technical solutions We are seeking an Architecture, Delivery, and After-sales Supervisor to coordinate and supervise activities related to housing delivery, defect identification, and after-sales service for real estate projects. We seek an organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven professional with experience coordinating with suppliers, contractors, site supervisors, engineers, architects, and other professionals involved in project execution and delivery. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and monitor activities related to housing delivery. * Coordinate scheduling and execution of work with architects, engineers, site supervisors, contractors, and other involved professionals. * Manage and control purchase orders and material, service, and resource requirements necessary for operations. * Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of requested supplies and services. * Monitor compliance with timelines for issue resolution, work execution, and defect identification. * Verify the quality of completed work and adherence to company-established standards. * Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using AutoCAD. * Manage handling of incidents, complaints, and requests related to housing delivery and after-sales service. * Coordinate resolution of technical observations raised by property owners or clients. * Prepare progress reports, management indicators, and activity controls using Microsoft Excel. * Maintain up-to-date and well-organized technical and administrative documentation for assigned projects. * Propose improvement actions to optimize delivery, defect-handling, and after-sales processes. Requirements * Technical professional, bachelor's degree holder, or graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in similar roles within the construction, real estate, housing delivery, or after-sales sectors. * Experience coordinating with suppliers, contractors, site supervisors, and professionals from diverse specialties. * Knowledge of housing delivery processes, defect identification, and after-sales service. * Experience in managing and tracking purchase orders, requirements, and services. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD at user or intermediate level**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel at intermediate level**. * Ability to review and interpret drawings and technical documentation. * Willingness to work both on-site and in the office.
