




Job Summary: ANCELSA SAC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support document management, contracts, and administrative processes in the construction sector. Key Highlights: 1. Support in managing third-party contracts and follow-up with Management. 2. Management of purchase orders and coordination with internal departments. 3. Carrying out duties inherent to the position. We are ANCELSA SAC, specializing in renting electric suspended scaffolding to other companies in the construction sector. We are currently seeking top talent for the position of: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Review and file administrative documentation. 2\. Support in managing third-party contracts and follow-up with Management for corresponding signing. 3\. Submit documentation and complete Forms, requests, and/or records with company information. 4\. Receive petty cash documents and register them in the reimbursement and expense reporting form of the Administration Manager. 5\. Management of purchase orders and coordination with internal departments. 6\. Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Inclusion in payroll from day one with all statutory benefits. Availability to work full shifts. Desirable: 1 year of experience in Administration and Accounting. Minimum education: Technical graduate.
