We are now seeking young talent to join our team for the position of: **WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT (OPERATIONAL)** **Job Mission** Carry out storage and dispatch operations for finished products, complying with organizational procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Verify the quality and quantity of received finished products. * Record product intake in the warehouse management system. * Organize and place finished products in designated warehouse areas. * Ensure proper labeling and storage of products to facilitate identification and accessibility. * Prepare finished product orders according to customer requests. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations performed. * Report any incidents or improvement needs to supervisors. * Supervise forklift operators’ and warehouse staff’s shift duties to ensure efficient and timely product dispatch. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and guidelines during task execution to prevent accidents affecting physical integrity. **Requirements** * Technical graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Availability to work in Lurin on rotating shifts. **Benefits** * Commuting assistance: From VMT (Real Plaza) * 100% covered meals * Statutory benefits (CTS, Bonus, Vacation, Family Allowance, Essalud) * Profit-sharing payment * Night shift bonus and overtime pay. ***At Klar Latam, we champion equity, diversity, and inclusion for all individuals.
