Academic Qualifications Graduate or Bachelor's degree in: * **Administration** * **Economics** * **Industrial Engineering** * **Business Engineering** * **DO NOT APPLY: Civil Engineers** Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in related positions, including: Cost control. Budgeting. Management control. Financial analysis. Preferred experience in real estate, construction, or related industries. Knowledge Cost and budget control. Financial analysis and budgetary control. Preparation of management reports and performance indicators. Intermediate or advanced Excel (pivot tables, functions, charts, and data analysis). **ERP system proficiency (preferred).** Microsoft Office. Main Responsibilities Monitor and control costs for real estate projects. Analyze variances between budgeted and actual expenses. Prepare financial and cost reports for management. Consolidate and update financial and budgetary information. Coordinate with Procurement, Treasury, and Operations departments to ensure proper expense control.
