Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team, supporting social media management, content creation, and event coordination at a leading technology company. Key Highlights: 1. Support in social media management and digital content creation. 2. Collaboration in organizing and executing events and brand activations. 3. Writing creative copy for campaigns and promotions. At Krear 3D, a Peruvian leader in digital manufacturing technology (3D printers, scanners, laser cutters, and more), we are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. **Main Responsibilities** * Publish and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital channels. * Post daily stories at scheduled times (9:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m.). * Respond to comments and messages received via Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. * Monitor community engagement and escalate commercial inquiries as appropriate. * Keep the company’s digital profiles and channels up to date. * Write copy for posts, campaigns, promotions, product launches, events, and products. * Support in generating ideas and proposals for digital content. * Support in organizing and executing events, workshops, giveaways, live streams, product launches, and brand activations. * Coordinate promotional materials and communication requirements for each activity. * Prepare basic reports on campaigns, posts, and results. **Requirements** Graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. **Knowledge** * Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). * Advertising copywriting. * Basic proficiency in Meta Business Suite. * Familiarity with design tools such as Canva. * Basic understanding of digital metrics and performance analysis. **Competencies** * Creativity and initiative. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Results orientation. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **We Offer:** * Salary: S/ 1,200 – S/ 1,500 depending on experience. * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * After probation period (3 months): 100% EPS coverage and performance-based bonuses. * Workplace location: Chorrillos – Lima.
