Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to provide direct support to management in operational and administrative tasks, assist in information management, and perform reconciliations. Therefore, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of: **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS** * Students in final semesters or graduates in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Administration. * Availability to work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * One year of experience in similar roles within the retail sector. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide direct operational and administrative support to management. * Support and manage information across all company departments (Logistics, HR, Marketing) to ensure completion of assigned and established tasks. * Perform periodic reconciliations between rebates and credit notes. * Calculate, validate, and timely record rebates according to current commercial agreements. * Prepare operational reports and conduct daily and weekly follow-up on operational activities across stores. * Track all municipal documents required per store and maintain updated certifications for proper store operation. * Provide operational store support as needed (cashier assistance, customer service, or merchandise dispatch). * Propose innovative ideas to improve operations**.** * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER** * Salary: S/. 1200 \- 1300 (Microenterprise payroll system: SIS \+ 15 vacation days) * 50% bonus payment in July and December * Fixed holidays off * Career path opportunities * Excellent working environment and passion for pets * Partnerships and discounts at affiliated establishments * Discounts on purchases at any of our locations.
