Preparation of reports for operational tracking. **Date:** Jun 30, 2026 **Location:** PALMAWASI, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Execute and control materials planning to ensure timely availability of direct materials for production.**What will you do in this role?** * Execute material requirements planning based on the production plan. * Record and update material information in systems, ensuring consistency and reliability. * Monitor inventory levels, identifying risks of stockouts or overstocking. * Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams on material supply management. * Track material order fulfillment to ensure availability at the plant. * Validate basic planning parameters (lead times, safety stock) within established guidelines. * Prepare supply and materials reports to facilitate operational tracking. **What do we need from you?** * Minimum 2 years of experience in Materials Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Inventory Control, including purchase requirement tracking and/or inventory monitoring. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel, intermediate level preferred. * Knowledge of Power BI, intermediate level preferred. * Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP MM, PP, or related modules. * Additional studies in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or Demand Planning are desirable. * Willingness to work at the Palmawasi site.
