We are seeking a **Human Resources Assistant** **Requirements:** * Graduate or undergraduate student in **Administration, Accounting, Psychology, Human Resources**, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in Human Resources functions. * Experience managing **payrolls for more than 100 employees**. * Knowledge of **timekeeping records, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, profit-sharing, fifth-category income tax, and payroll settlements**. * Proficiency in **HR or payroll ERP systems**. * **Intermediate-level Excel**. * Basic knowledge of **labor legislation**. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and manage the **monthly payroll** for over 100 employees. * Record and validate **timekeeping records**, overtime hours, medical leaves, permissions, and absences. * Calculate and manage **CTS, bonuses, profit-sharing, fifth-category income tax, and payroll settlements**. * Register and update employee information in the **ERP system**. * Manage **personnel files** (hiring, contract renewals, terminations). * Draft employment contracts, renewals, and other HR-related documents. * Provide support during **employee onboarding** and personnel follow-up processes. * Ensure compliance with **current labor regulations**. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Opportunities for **professional development and career progression**. * Ongoing training. * Job stability. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1,500.00 per month Application question(s): * How many years of experience do you have managing payrolls, and what was the largest number of employees you have administered? * In which sectors or types of companies have you worked?
