Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant and/or Supervisor to manage transportation fleets and industrial equipment, with a focus on supervising preventive and corrective maintenance. Being part of a leading company in the transportation industry Dear network, we are currently searching for a **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT AND/OR SUPERVISOR** for our client, which operates a substantial transportation fleet: **Education: Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Mechanical, Industrial, or Related Engineering** **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of CERTIFIED experience in maintenance supervision * Knowledge of maintenance for medium or heavy-duty vehicle fleets and industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts) * Management of preventive maintenance (planning\-execution) * Budget and cost management for monthly budgets * Tire management: inspections, control, and tracking within SAP system * Corrective maintenance management (backlog\-on-site fleet supervision) * Intermediate Excel proficiency * SAP basic knowledge preferred * Direct supervision of 3 mechanical technicians * Valid driver's license class A1 minimum * Fleet size: 65 trucks and 5 forklifts **Benefits:** * All statutory benefits * Overtime pay * Institutional partnership agreements * Pleasant working environment * Being part of a leading company in the transportation industry. *Administrative schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM* *Location: ATE (Asturias Avenue No. 588\) and RIMAC (Madera Street No. 290\)* ***Do you meet the requirements for this position?
