Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze commercial information, generate insights, and support multichannel marketing campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Commercial information analysis and generation of strategic insights. 2. Development and implementation of marketing campaigns. 3. Support in supervision and execution of activations and product launches. **Business Intelligence Analyst** We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst focused on commercial information analysis and insight generation to support strategic decision-making and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns. **What will be your main responsibilities?** **\-** Analyze and consolidate sales, investment, and performance data across various commercial channels. **\-** Prepare periodic marketing reports with KPIs, progress updates, findings, and recommendations. **\-** Develop and implement marketing campaigns based on prior analysis. **\-** Evaluate and analyze product turnover at the SKU level (high and low turnover). **\-** Supervise the marketing assistant’s execution, ensuring fulfillment of assigned duties. \- Gather market, competitor, pricing, visibility, and consumer behavior information. **\-** Support supervision and execution of activations, product launches, and special campaigns. **\-** Participate in planning and ensure operational capacity for campaign execution. **What profile are we looking for?** \- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles. \- Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), food, or physical retail stores is desirable. \- Advanced intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory). \- Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, commercial judgment, and consistent follow-up. **Terms and Benefits** **Compensation:** S/ 2,500 – S/ 3,000 (subject to evaluation). **Location:** San Martín de Porres (near Plaza Norte) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. / Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. **Work Mode:** On-site.
