Position Summary: We are seeking a Chemical Laboratory Intern to assist in the preparation, analysis, and recording of mineral samples while maintaining safety and quality standards. At **COPPERFIELD**, a polymetallic mineral processing plant, we are looking for (1) **CHEMICAL LABORATORY INTERN** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or technical graduate in Chemistry, Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, or related fields. * Up to 6 months of internship or work experience in chemical or metallurgical laboratories is desirable. * Basic knowledge of mineral sample preparation and analysis. * Basic understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standards (SSOMA). * Proactivity, responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work under an atypical 14x7 schedule in Barranca \- Paramonga. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in sample reception, preparation, identification, and registration, ensuring proper traceability. * Provide support in basic chemical analyses, reagent preparation, and equipment operation under supervision. * Record results, manage consumables, and assist in verification and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures. * Participate in continuous improvement activities, document control, and other duties assigned by supervision. **BENEFITS:** * 100% coverage of accommodation and meals. * Transportation covered between Barranca and the plant, and vice versa. * FOLA insurance. * Birthday leave day. **LOCATION: PARAMONGA \- BARRANCA.** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Which university and program did you attend?
