COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP (PART\-TIME) About Us: We are a consultancy specializing in gastronomic expansion and commercial location management in shopping malls, food courts, and high-traffic strategic areas. We work with growing gastronomic brands, helping them identify real estate opportunities and execute commercial expansion processes. We are currently seeking to hire a commercially oriented, dynamic, and organized individual eager to develop expertise in the real estate and gastronomic commercial sectors. Main Responsibilities: * Prospect gastronomic brands and businesses with expansion potential. * Contact prospects via phone call, WhatsApp, and email. * Schedule commercial meetings for the team. * Conduct ongoing follow-up on prospects and pending meetings. * Maintain the CRM and commercial database up to date. * Reactivate cold prospects and conduct post-meeting follow-up. * Support commercial monitoring of clients and opportunities. * Prepare weekly commercial activity reports. * Assist in basic market research and commercial expansion analysis. Desired Profile: * Technical or university student in Administration, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. * Interest in the commercial, real estate, or gastronomic sectors. * Strong communication and commercial follow-up skills. * Organized, consistent, and proactive individual. * Good writing skills and proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Excel, and digital tools. * Resilience to rejection and persistence in commercial activities.
