We are looking for a **Community Manager** specialized in the construction industry, eager to learn and develop within this field. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Technical or university graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. · Training in Photoshop and Canva. · Availability to work both in-office and on-site in Metropolitan Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Management of social media and commercial accounts. · Provision of customer service and support through digital channels. · Development of a monthly content plan for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. · Monitoring and analysis of posts. · Conducting business visits and meetings with potential clients. · Other duties inherent to the position. **BENEFITS:** · Payroll enrollment from day one · Salary plus commissions · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Salary: Starting at S/.1,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
