Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to generate placements of personal loans, debt purchases, and loan refinancing, managing databases and visiting clients for validation and sales follow-up as well as post-sales support. Ongoing training MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Generate loan placements under agreements: Personal loans, Debt purchase, and Loan refinancing. Assigned to agreements (e.g., Essalud, Minsa, Ministries, among others). Manage the assigned database. Visit clients across various agreements and verify that they meet the required criteria. Perform sales follow-up, closure, and post-sales activities (loan disbursement). WE OFFER: Commissions starting from the first disbursed transaction. High commissions with no cap on income numbers. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in personal loan placements (agreement experience preferred). Experience in financial product sales and/or active sales. Organized, analytical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. Basic-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Laptop and internet access at home.
