Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to place personal loans, debt purchases, and loan re-engagements, manage databases, and visit clients at partner institutions, including follow-up and sales closure. Personalized work tools MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Generate credit placements through partner agreements: personal loans, debt purchases, and loan re-engagements. Assigned to partner institutions (e.g., Essalud, Minsa, Ministries, among others). Manage the assigned database. Visit clients at various partner institutions and verify their compliance with required eligibility criteria. Perform sales follow-up, closure, and post-sales activities (loan disbursement). Experience in financial product sales and/or active sales. Organized, analytical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Own laptop and home internet access. Willingness to conduct fieldwork (e.g., client signatures and client promotion, as needed).
