Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and analytical professional for personal credit placement, database management, and sales follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Generate credit placements under agreements: Personal loans, Debt purchase, and Loan refinancing. Assigned to agreements (Essalud, Minsa, Ministries, among others). Manage the assigned database. Visit clients at various agreements and verify that they meet the required criteria. Conduct sales follow-up, closing, and post-sales activities (loan disbursement). WE OFFER: Commissions starting from the first disbursed transaction. High commissions with no cap on income figures. Production-based incentives. Continuous training. Work or Internship Certificate. Career path. Personal work tools (photo check \+ cards \+ flyers). REQUIREMENTS: Experience in personal credit placement (AGREEMENT EXPERIENCE is desirable). Experience in financial product sales and/or active sales. Organized, analytical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. Basic-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Laptop and internet access at home. Availability for fieldwork (as needed, e.g., client signatures and client promotion).
