Additionally, must focus on continuous improvement of assigned operational processes and participate in required implementations and/or automations as part of strategic initiatives for the client or the organization.* * Responsible for issuance, collections, reimbursements, claims, and billing processes * Develop and monitor adherence to schedules for visits, campaigns, and work plans * Provide customer service for inquiries and advisory support regarding policy coverage * Identify opportunities and communicate new guidelines * Track and ensure timely submission of invoices and supporting documentation * Prepare control reports and update internal tools * Support the client at their offices (in-person or hybrid model, per the assigned client’s requirements) **What Makes This Opportunity Different?** *Aon offers flexible working arrangements through a hybrid methodology—you can work comfortably from home or from the office, where you’ll meet a team that thrives in a warm and friendly work environment, plus enjoy opportunities for vertical and/or horizontal growth.* **Skills and Experience That Will Lead You to Success** * Completed university degree or technical qualification in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Systems, or related fields * Intermediate English proficiency * Minimum 2 years of experience in brokerage or insurance companies handling Human Risk insurance (SCTR, Statutory Life Insurance, EPS, Oncology, FOLA, Personal Accident, Individual Policies) * Technical knowledge of Human Risk insurance: + Products and lines: Group Life, Personal Accident, Collective Health/Medical Assistance, EPS, Oncology, SCTR Health and Pension, Statutory Life Insurance + Policy structure: General and specific conditions, basic and additional coverages, exclusions, pre-existing conditions, waiting periods, coverage limits, etc. + Operational aspects: Enrollments, cancellations, modifications, retroactive adjustments, endorsements, reimbursement and direct care workflows, required documentation, response timeframes, typical reasons for observations/rejections, renewals, dependent management, grace periods + Basic claims knowledge: Reimbursement and direct care workflows, required documentation, response timeframes, typical reasons for observations/rejections * Basic regulatory knowledge + National legal and regulatory framework regarding: Human and occupational risks, Personal data protection rules for information handling, and internal broker and client guidelines on compliance and confidentiality * Intermediate/advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills: Pivot tables, advanced filters, logical formulas (IF, LOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, etc.), database consolidation, and control dashboards * Service Management and SLA/OLA + Clear understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA/OLA): Maximum timeframes for enrollments, cancellations, modifications, issuance of certificates/confirmations, and responses to inquiries **\#LI\-AE1**
