Logistics Warehouse Company: We are currently seeking a **DEPUTY OPERATIONS MANAGER** responsible for all activities efficiently, meeting quality standards within established deadlines. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or university graduate in Industrial Engineering * Knowledge of production ERP systems, warehouse and dispatch operational techniques * Knowledge of warehouse production systems * Knowledge of Methods Engineering: Proficiency in process and productivity analysis tools * Proficiency in service quality tools * Minimum 4 years of experience in this position and 5 years of experience in logistics warehouses * Age 30 to 45 years **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Organize, direct, plan, and control production processes; promote best practices in warehouses to ensure quality standards * Maximize efficiency by reducing activity time indices * Review daily production forecasts * Execute and monitor production schedules; resolve production issues * Monitor production progress and report on production status * Manage and ensure supply of NECESSARY inputs to support warehousing services * Monitor and follow up with supervisors to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical reporting on production progress * Review staff rosters by activity * Manage work teams in the operational plant to achieve production, quality, and efficiency objectives **BENEFITS** * Full payroll from day one * Employment with a leading company * Positive work environment Salary: S/.3,500.00 - S/.4,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
