Job Summary: We are seeking a sales professional with experience in distribution channel development, customer and distributor acquisition and retention, to expand product presence. Key Highlights: 1. Commercial portfolio development and maintenance 2. Acquisition of new customers and distributors 3. Market opportunity identification **Experience and Requirements:** * Experience in sales and distribution channel development. * Must have an **active customer and/or distributor portfolio in Lima and provinces**, preferably related to construction, finishing materials, hardware stores, decoration, or similar sectors. * Experience in acquiring, developing, and retaining distributors. * Availability to commercially manage customers in Lima and provinces. **Main Responsibilities:** * Acquire new customers and distributors. * Develop and maintain the commercial portfolio in Lima and provinces. * Follow up on quotations, orders, and sales opportunities. * Identify opportunities to expand product presence into new markets. * Achieve established sales targets for the channel. **WORKING HOURS:** * Monday \- Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. * Saturdays: 8:30 am to 1\.00 pm.
