Job Summary: Corporación La Regional S.R.L. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to organize, coordinate, and control the delivery of fast-moving consumer goods, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the distribution of fast-moving consumer goods. 2. Leads and optimizes delivery operations. 3. Promotes improvements and cost reduction. **WE ARE CORPORA LA REGIONAL S.R.L:** We are Corpora La Regional S.R.L., a leading company dedicated to the distribution of fast-moving consumer goods (Laive, Winter, Alicor, Confiteca, Kimberly, etc.) across the central region of Peru. We are currently seeking top talent for the position of Distribution Supervisor. **1\. RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Organize deliveries according to the daily consolidation report. · Coordinate necessary actions to ensure efficient control and supervision of deliveries, meeting deadlines and avoiding losses. · Monitor and establish schedules and estimated timeframes for various delivery tasks. · Control delivery operation costs. · Coordinate with the commercial department regarding order fulfillment. · Analyze efficiency reports to support decision-making related to rejections. · Analyze fleet fuel consumption performance to ensure adequate supply. · Propose and implement necessary improvements to enhance departmental efficiency. · Promote and develop improvement projects, operational optimization, and/or cost reduction initiatives within the assigned area. · Participate in safety committee meetings and other meetings directly related to center activities under your responsibility. · Supervise personnel under your charge. **2\. CANDIDATE PROFILE:** **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** · Graduate and/or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with specialization in logistics (PREFERRED) · Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fleet/Distribution Supervisor (PREFERRED in fast-moving consumer goods) · Intermediate-level Excel proficiency · Valid driver’s license · Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
