Job Summary: Support the Electrical Quality Engineer in inspecting and ensuring the quality of electrical systems in stationary plants. Key Highlights: 1. Support in electrical quality assurance for industrial projects. 2. Participation in assembly inspections and testing of electrical systems. 3. Preparation of inspection protocols and quality records. Provide support to the Electrical Quality Engineer in inspection, control, and quality assurance during the assembly and installation of electrical systems in stationary plants, verifying that activities are carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, quality procedures, and project standards. Requirements * Bachelor's degree, graduate, or Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Experience in industrial electrical projects, electromechanical assembly, or stationary plants (preferred). * Knowledge of interpreting electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and control schematics. * Basic knowledge of electrical installation inspection. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * Basic knowledge of preparing inspection protocols and quality records. * Familiarity with PETS procedures, IPERC, and SSOMA standards. * Availability to work under a 20x10 work regime. Main Responsibilities * Support the Electrical Quality Engineer during electrical assembly inspections. * Verify that electrical work is executed in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and approved procedures. * Support inspection of cable tray, conduit piping, and raceway installations. * Verify laying and identification of power, control, and instrumentation cables. * Support inspection of electrical panels, motor control centers (MCC), motors, transformers, and grounding systems. * Participate in continuity, insulation, and functional testing of electrical systems. * Prepare checklists, inspection protocols, and quality records. * Record photographic evidence of inspected activities. * Support control and updating of project documentation. * Track resolution of observations and Non-Conformities (NC). * Collaborate in preparing the Quality Dossier for project handover. * Prepare daily and weekly inspection progress reports. * Comply with company-established quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
