




**Position Title:** Electricity \& Control Specialist**Location:** Lima **Time:** Full-time. **Reports to:** Maintenance Manager**Area:** Maintenance **Position Purpose:** Ensure the execution of factory asset maintenance in alignment with the Corporate Maintenance Strategy by providing professional and technical support to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electricity and Automation (E\&A), and CAPEX projects, ensuring that all activities related to MES\-E\&A improve business objectives, product quality, and plant performance, while also guaranteeing that people's health and safety, product safety, and the environment are never compromised. **A day in the life of...*** Develop and maintain engineering competencies at the factory, focusing on preventive maintenance technologies and the use of the AMM tool. Support and participate in the development of the Competency Building Plan (CBP) for personnel responsible for MES\-E\&A at the factory. Provide development and training to others. * Execute and control the process of creating, reviewing, and optimizing preventive maintenance plans for MES\-E\&A in AMM to improve the quality and effectiveness of the maintenance planning system. * Ensure high-performance operations by overseeing that asset maintenance is carried out according to Nestlé's maintenance strategy, using TPM/PM as a multidisciplinary approach to maintain and improve fixed assets, supported by AMM for lifecycle management. Support the implementation of AM pillar methodologies. * Monitor and ensure timely execution of the weekly maintenance plan, respecting task prioritization and scheduled shutdowns agreed upon with the responsible area. To this end, ensure all necessary resources are available on time for execution and subsequently issue a report of findings. Perform failure analysis (ADA) or IVPH if required. * Verify that maintenance actions or guidelines are executed optimally and using AMM tools, providing necessary information to improve their quality and enabling the achievement of required maintenance indicators. Execution must comply with engineering standards and maintenance fundamentals. * Ensure updates to asset BOMs and ABCZ spare parts classification. Monitor that slow-moving materials, ERSA materials, and Z and A spare parts remain at established levels. * Participate in the factory's capital investment projects, ensuring that technical solutions meet corporate and market standards, achieving expected quality, delivery timelines, and staying within budget. Also ensure user requirements and technical specifications are captured, follow up on solution development, conduct pre-testing, oversee implementation, and train operators and technicians. * Ensure all MES\-E\&A installations comply with corporate and market standards regarding SHE, QA, and Engineering. Likewise, ensure compliance with local and market legislation related to MES\-E\&A, maintaining documentation updated and stored in a designated location. * Ensure efficient and sustainable factory-level operations by leading the implementation of 5S, and efficiently managing energy and water resources. Lead the identification of workplace risks, ensure personal safety and that of other colleagues by implementing safety norms and protocols to prevent accidents. * **What will make you successful:*** Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical, electronic, or instrumentation areas, preferably in food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods industries as an electrical maintenance supervisor. * Knowledge of automation software (Allen Bradley\- Rockwell software) desirable. * SAP knowledge (user level) * Intermediate Excel skills * Advanced MS Office proficiency * Power BI (Basic) * English: Intermediate\-Technical * Knowledge of preventive maintenance and/or maintenance execution in SAP\-PM. * Creation of maintenance plans and support in acquiring technical equipment. * Experience in commissioning technical equipment and/or production lines. * Active participation in engineering projects, process optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferably involving different products and technologies). **Competencies:** * Leadership * Assertive communication * Teamwork * Working under pressure.
