




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Financial Analyst to coordinate administrative, accounting, and financial management, reporting to Management and the Board of Directors, ensuring resource control and generation of decision-support indicators. We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and highly organized **Financial Analyst**, critical to coordinating the company’s administrative, accounting, and financial management, reporting directly to the General Management and Board of Directors. Job Objective To plan, coordinate, and supervise the company’s financial, accounting, and internal control activities, ensuring resource control, tax compliance, and timely generation of financial reports and indicators for decision-making. Your Key Responsibilities * **Financial Management and Cash Flow:** Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly cash flow statements. Manage accounts receivable/payable and coordinate credit lines with banks. * **Budgetary Control:** Prepare company budgets, analyze variances, and prepare analytical and managerial reports. * **Supervision and Internal Control:** Supervise accurate accounting of transactions and compliance with obligations (SUNAT, payroll, suppliers, contracts, and general services). * **Process Coordination:** Support internal management by coordinating with responsible parties or third parties from Accounting, Treasury, Billing, IT, Legal, and HR departments, according to the business structure. * **Continuous Improvement:** Design financial indicators (KPIs) and propose operational efficiency improvements. What Profile Are We Seeking? Education and Experience * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or graduate in *Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance*. * **Desirable Studies:** Specialization or diploma in Finance, Taxation, Management Control, or IFRS. * **Experience:** Between **2 to 4 years** of general experience in administration and finance (minimum **2 years** in similar analytical or supervisory roles). Technical Knowledge * Strong expertise in financial management, cash flow analysis, and budgetary control. * Knowledge of **Peruvian taxation** and basic labor legislation. * **Excel:** Advanced level (mandatory for financial modeling). * **Desirable Tools:** Proficiency in Power BI and experience with ERPs (SAP Business One, Odoo, Concar, Starsoft, or similar). Key Competencies * **Technical:** High analytical ability, discipline, control, financial planning, and administrative management. * **Soft Skills:** Effective communication (you will report to the Board of Directors), proactivity, leadership to coordinate departments, results orientation, and strict confidentiality/professional ethics.
