Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What are we looking for?** Responsibilities: * Identify opportunities to improve pricing by conducting benchmarks to enhance the bank's profitability. * Prepare presentations for monitoring forums (e.g., Profitability, Working Group, among others). * Lead the Finance Strategic Roadmap, which focuses on identifying profitability improvement opportunities through analytics. * Identify the optimal strategy for setting profitability targets per product. * Propose profitability analytics considering new Basel IV standards impacting individuals and legal entities. * Propose and build, with support from the COE, analytical models incorporating product- and customer-related variables. * Manage other cross-functional team topics. * Support coordination of co-creation of analytics and reports for corporate business areas. * Support tracking of reports associated with the profitability database. * Manage continuous improvement of processes within the respective scope of responsibility. * Analyze measures impacting optimization of capital consumption. * Address internal audit and internal control requirements. * Participate in projects/committees related to profitability management within Finance and BEC/CIB business areas. * Attend committees and other forums by preparing specialized analyses. * Continuously monitor capital allocation usage per banking division. * Monitor and generate timely alerts regarding PUC clients and share them with respective banking division leads. * Support BEC Codir committees with analyses offering Division- and Office-level perspectives. * Support coordination with various forums involving Holding. * Prepare presentations for various forums and committees. * Propose solutions or identify profitability opportunities using AI. * Perform other duties assigned by the leader and drive continuous improvement of the role.
