Requirements: * Proven experience in Creole cuisine and à la carte dishes. * Responsible, punctual, and committed to one's work. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Knowledge of good food handling practices. References from previous employers, as well as police and criminal background records, are required. Responsibilities: * Prepare and supervise the preparation of the Creole menu and à la carte dishes. * Ensure food quality, flavor, and presentation. * Properly manage supplies to prevent losses and waste. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Adhere to established food preparation timelines. * Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and materials. * Demonstrate punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to assigned tasks. * Conduct appropriate inventory management. Schedule: * Monday to Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * No work on Sundays or public holidays. Compensation: * Salary: S/ 2,000 per month. * Performance- and productivity-based bonus.
