Job Description We are currently seeking committed, results-oriented **Human Resources** personnel to manage and strengthen the organization’s talent attraction, selection, development, and administration processes. Main Responsibilities * Execute recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. * Conduct candidate interviews and evaluations. * Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation for employees. * Develop and update job descriptions, procedures, and internal policies. * Monitor key Human Resources performance indicators. * Support training, employee wellness, and workplace climate programs. * Supervise compliance with internal regulations and company policies. * Maintain up-to-date employee databases and personnel files. * Provide HR support to administrators and department heads. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources. * Knowledge of recruitment and selection practices. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of labor legislation (preferred). * Availability for on-site work.
