Comprehensive personnel and documentation management VyP ICE, a Peruvian contracting company with over 25 years of experience committed to supporting the country's major mining companies, is currently seeking a "Human Resources Analyst" for Huachipa \- Lima: Requirements and Responsibilities: \- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in mining projects. MANDATORY \- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in MS Office (pivot tables and database management). \- Database control and contract tracking. \- Timekeeping record control for projects nationwide. \- Validation and verification of document submission compliance by newly hired personnel. \- Scheduling of medical examinations. \- Management and execution of onboarding for newly hired personnel. \- Availability to work in Huachipa. \- Willingness to travel to provinces. \- Residence in Lima \- Huachipa or adjacent areas.
