Excellent work environment and focus on employee well-being **HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT \- PSYCHOLOGY** We are currently looking for a **Human Resources Assistant** with a dynamic and field-oriented profile to join our team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Travel and periodic visits to construction projects/sites to conduct team-building activities and guided active breaks for construction workers. * External coordination: medical accompaniments, administrative procedures, and on-site follow-up of employee cases. * Maintenance, updating, and custody of employee personnel files. * Attendance monitoring and support in documentary management for the department. * Support in corporate well-being and workplace climate initiatives. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Final-year student or graduate in **Psychology** (Organizational or related fields). * Strong communication skills, ability to engage confidently with groups/workers, extroversion, and proactivity. * Availability and full willingness to perform active fieldwork, with constant movement between office, construction sites, and medical centers. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * High degree of organization, empathy, and confidentiality. **WORK MODALITY AND LOCATION:** * 100% on-site: Administrative office in Santiago de Surco, with frequent travel to construction sites across Lima. **BENEFITS:** * Statutory benefits. * Transportation/mobility coverage for field assignments and administrative procedures. * Opportunity for development and learning in the construction sector. * Excellent work environment.
