Supports internal policies and manages labor conflicts. A construction-sector company is seeking a **Human Resources Assistant**, with leadership capability and comprehensive HR management skills, oriented toward assuming coordination and supervision responsibilities. **Responsibilities:** * Manage processes related to **internal communication, employee well-being, and workplace climate**. * Coordinate and directly negotiate with employees regarding working conditions, agreements, and commitments. * Represent and substantiate the company's position before **SUNAFIL and related entities**, in coordination with management. * Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal policies and regulations. * Manage labor conflicts and propose solutions in accordance with current legislation. * Supervise compliance with labor and documentation obligations. * Provide direct support to management on labor relations matters. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in HR, labor relations, or personnel management. * Basic knowledge of **labor legislation and SUNAFIL procedures**. * Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
