




Position Summary: Coordination and monitoring of labor-related matters, including OSH, workplace harassment, and personnel management, with a focus on training and recordkeeping. Key Highlights: 1. Manages key labor-related matters such as OSH and workplace harassment 2. Coordinates training programs and supervises work schedules 3. Responsible for personnel records and payroll tracking Implementation and follow-up of OSH Committees, Anti-Harassment Committees, and other labor-related committees. Coordination of training programs. Registration of new employees. Maintenance of payroll, insurance, hiring and termination records, and tracking of payroll settlements. Supervision of work schedules and disciplinary actions. Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 per month Experience: * University education: 5 years (Mandatory) * Accounting or human resources field: 1 year (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Bachelor's degree (Desirable) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Desirable) Workplace: On-site employment
