**Job Description:**
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing human capital strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. We seek a proactive leader capable of managing the full employee lifecycle—from talent attraction and retention (commercial, administrative, and automotive technical roles) to organizational development, workplace climate, and regulatory compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Talent Strategy:** Design and implement HR policies that drive productivity, engagement, and organizational culture.
* **Acquisition and Retention:** Lead recruitment and selection processes, ensuring hiring of key profiles for the automotive industry (sales advisors, mechanics, supervisors, etc.).
* **Organizational Development:** Coordinate training programs, performance evaluations, and career and succession planning for employees.
* **Labor Relations:** Act as mediator in conflict resolution, maintaining a positive and respectful workplace climate.
* **Administrative Management:** Supervise accurate payroll processing, compensation, benefits administration, and attendance control.
* **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all HR practices comply with current labor legislation and internal occupational safety and health regulations (OSH).
* **Management Metrics (KPIs):** Analyze turnover, absenteeism, and performance metrics to propose action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Requirements:**
* **Education:** University degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. (A postgraduate diploma or master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.)
* **Experience:** Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HR leadership or management roles.
* **Industry:** Prior experience in the automotive, retail, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
* **Technical Knowledge:** Solid understanding of current labor legislation, payroll management, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations.
* **Tools:** Proficiency in HR management systems (ERP/HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* **Soft Skills:** Excellent leadership ability, assertive communication, results orientation, and decision-making capability.
