Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Talent Assistant to optimize supply chains with high quality standards by managing recruitment, onboarding, and human resource management processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel. 2. Conduct onboarding sessions and organizational culture talks. 3. We are currently seeking a: **HUMAN TALENT ASSISTANT** *Responsibilities* * Carry out the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for positions required within the organization. * Conduct onboarding sessions for new INLOG personnel, as well as organizational culture talks for all staff. * Manage the distribution of uniforms, photo ID badges, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to INLOG personnel. * Maintain and update INLOG's Organization and Functions Manual. * Efficiently administer Human Resource Management Processes (Organizational Development, Well-being, and Compensation), providing cross-functional advisory support across the organization to facilitate employee integration into the institution in alignment with institutional guidelines and culture. *Requirements* * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. * Two (2) years of experience in this position or similar roles. * Experience managing large-scale selection processes. * Excellent effective communication skills. *What We Offer* * Formal employment registration with full statutory benefits. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Food allowance card.
