What will be your challenge? Supervise and oversee outsourced operations, ensuring compliance with procedures, quality standards, KPIs, and SLAs established by the client. If you have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and organizational capability, this opportunity is for you! **Location:** CD Villa El Salvador – Aldea Logística 7 **Schedule:** Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. **Salary:** S/ 1,800 **Modality:** In-House Key Responsibilities * Daily supervision of operations and adherence to procedures. * Monitoring of KPIs, SLAs, and service response times. * Identification of operational deviations, errors, and incidents. * Coordination of corrective actions and follow-up until resolution. * Coordination with third-party supervisors and responsible personnel. * Maintaining communication with the client and reporting relevant incidents. * Preparation of management reports and summaries. * Identification of process improvement opportunities. Requirements * Technical or university bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields**. * Minimum **1 year of experience supervising operations**. * Experience in **logistics, warehousing, distribution, production, outsourcing, or outsourced operations**. * Experience managing **KPIs and management reports**. * Intermediate/advanced **Excel** proficiency and Office suite knowledge. * Leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. * Results orientation and performance indicator tracking.
