Identifies opportunities for improvement in processes and operational management. In-House Operations Supervisor At MP Logistics Outsourcing, we are seeking an In-House Operations Supervisor. What will be your challenge? Supervise and control outsourced operations, ensuring compliance with procedures, quality standards, KPIs, and SLAs established by the client. If you have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and organizational ability, this opportunity is for you! **Location:** CD Villa El Salvador – Aldea Logística 7 **Schedule:** Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. **Salary:** S/ 1,800 **Modality:** In-House Main Responsibilities * Daily supervision of operations and compliance with procedures. * Monitoring of KPIs, SLAs, and service response times. * Identification of deviations, errors, and operational incidents. * Coordination of corrective actions and follow-up until resolution. * Coordination with third-party supervisors and responsible personnel. * Maintaining communication with the client and reporting relevant incidents. * Preparing management reports and summaries. * Identifying opportunities for process improvement. Requirements * Technical or university bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields**. * Minimum **1 year of experience in operations supervision**. * Experience in **logistics, warehousing, distribution, production, outsourcing, or outsourced operations**. * Experience managing **KPIs and management reporting**. * Intermediate/advanced **Excel** and Office suite proficiency. * Leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to track performance indicators.
