IT MANAGER (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY) **Location:** Santiago de Surco – Lima **Salary Range:** S/ 15,000 to S/ 20,000 (based on experience) **Employment Regime:** General **Work Modality:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Position Type:** Full-time – Permanent * Full payroll enrollment. * EPS (Health Insurance). * Opportunity to lead the technology strategy of a financial sector entity. * Participation in digital transformation and technological innovation projects. **About the Position** A prominent financial sector institution is seeking an **IT Manager** to lead its technology strategy and end-to-end Information Technology operations, ensuring the availability, security, scalability, and evolution of the organization’s technological services. We seek a candidate with strategic vision, strong experience in technology leadership, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary technology teams, ensuring alignment between technology, business, and regulatory compliance. **Position Objective** To direct the technology strategy and end-to-end Information Technology operations by defining guidelines, IT governance, supervision of technological platforms, project management, cybersecurity, and operational continuity—ensuring the availability, security, scalability, and evolution of technological services aligned with the business’s strategic objectives and financial sector regulatory requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Define and lead the Information Technology strategy aligned with business objectives. * Oversee end-to-end management of development, infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity. * Establish and supervise the IT governance model. * Lead the portfolio of technology projects. * Define technological architecture guidelines. * Supervise the availability and operational continuity of technological platforms. * Direct the organization’s cybersecurity strategy. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to the financial sector. * Manage the Information Technology budget. * Supervise technology vendors and associated contracts. * Drive digital transformation initiatives. * Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for the department. * Manage technological risks and mitigation plans. * Coordinate with business units to ensure strategic alignment. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage critical incidents and contingency plans. * Develop and strengthen IT team talent. * Represent the organization before vendors, regulatory bodies, and third parties. Requirements * University graduate in **Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields**. * Experience leading Information Technology departments in medium- or large-scale organizations. * Experience in managing technological infrastructure, software development, operations, cybersecurity, and IT governance. * Knowledge of technology project management and digital transformation. * Knowledge of enterprise technological architecture. * Experience managing technology vendors. * Knowledge of technological risk management and operational continuity. * Preferred experience in financial or regulated sector entities.
