Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Junior IT Project Manager to manage technology projects, coordinate teams, and ensure the delivery of efficient solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Manages IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality. 2. Acts as a strategic liaison between business units and technical teams. 3. We are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager with 1–3 years of experience in technology project management or leading software development teams. The ideal candidate is proactive and results-driven, serving as the strategic bridge between business areas and technical teams to transform requirements into efficient solutions. Their primary mission is to ensure comprehensive project management, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, scope, quality, and budget. **Work Mode:** 100% on-site in San Isidro, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Responsibilities **IT Project Management:** Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from definition through implementation. **Requirements Elicitation:** Identify business needs with stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical requirements. **Team Coordination:** Manage and align development, QA, infrastructure, and support teams for project execution. **Backlog Management:** Define and prioritize user stories, tasks, and deliverables jointly with the development team. **Monitoring and Control:** Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely achievement of deadlines and objectives. **Solution Validation:** Coordinate functional testing to verify that solutions meet defined requirements. **Strategic Communication:** Maintain ongoing communication with involved departments and generate progress reports. Knowledge and Tools **Methodologies:** Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum and Agile. **Project Management Software:** Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project. **Technologies:** Familiarity working with development teams using PHP, .NET, C\#, and Node.js. **Reporting:** Proficiency with tracking tools, metrics, and management reporting. 2\. Experience and Education **Experience:** 1–3 years of prior experience in IT project management or software development teams. **Academic Degree:** Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 3\.
