Position Summary: We are seeking an Audit Assistant to verify policy compliance, organize audits, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within a leading company in animal protein. Key Highlights: 1. Verify compliance with policies and propose improvements 2. Organize and document internal audits 3. Contribute to the improvement of risk management and control **Responsibilities:** Verify compliance with the company's policy manuals, procedures, and internal standards, and propose modifications thereto. Review and organize documentation required for conducting internal audits. Document process flowcharts for audited processes. Collect, analyze, and validate information and evidence required during audits. Contribute to maintaining and updating databases, indicators, and records of the Internal Audit department. Promote continuous improvement of risk management, control, and governance processes, and verify achievement of their overall objectives. Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. One (01\) year of experience in similar roles within consulting firms or medium- to large-scale companies. Desirable availability to travel with the team (South and North) \- travel expenses covered. Desirable intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. Desirable knowledge of Power BI for report and indicator development and analysis. Desirable knowledge of process documentation review. Desirable knowledge of Internal Audit, External Audit, Internal Control, and Risk Management. Desirable knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes.
