Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Bachelor's degree holder with experience in S10, MS Project, quantity take-offs, plan review, and budget preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Expert proficiency in S10 and MS Project 2. Experience in quantity take-offs and budget preparation 3. Responsibilities include plan review and drafting Civil Engineer and/or Bachelor of Civil Engineering, WITH EXPERIENCE * Full (100%) proficiency in S10 (please refrain from applying if this requirement is not met) * Proficiency in MS Project * Proficiency in quantity take-offs across all specialties * Plan review and drafting * Budget preparation * Other tasks as assigned by management * Must reside near SMP, Los Olivos, Rímac, Comas, Puente Piedra, etc. (Northern Lima area) Salary: S/.1,600.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
