Are you a bachelor's degree holder or graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction field? Are you passionate about cost analysis, budgeting, and technical analysis? At Premier Group, we seek a Junior Estimator eager to learn, develop professionally, and participate in construction projects in the United States. What will you do? * Prepare budgets and estimates for residential and commercial projects. * Analyze project costs, pricing, and profitability. * Review technical specifications to develop estimates. * Participate in scope validation and technical documentation. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and competitive estimates. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project. * Minimum 6 months of experience in construction (field) or related functions.
